
Your hips are at the centre of everything you do. Your pelvis is the hub of your body, supporting your spine above and connecting you to the ground below. When your hips feel balanced and free coupled with pelvic floor efficiency, everything is more balanced and moves easily. When they’re not, your body has to compensate – often creating tension, stiffness, and even fatigue.
Modern life doesn’t help. Sitting for long periods can gently pull the pelvis forward, tighten the front of the hips, and switch off the support from the back of the body. Also, we develop pelvic rotations with often an underlying spinal counter-rotation. Over time, this can lead to that familiar feeling of “stuck” hips, sore lower back, tight hip flexors, and a lack of ease when you move or stand.

Self-Massage Techniques – we utilise massage balls and other props to ease tension by bringing hydration and glide back into the tissues around your hips. This isn’t about forcing your body into ease, but about helping your body let go.
Fascia Movement Flow – The intelligently designed sequence connects the hips to the rest of the body. Nothing moves in isolation, using myofascial pathways, we explore how your hips relate to your spine, ribcage, legs and arms. Your movement will feel more integrated.
